Update on Bailey

She is in the hospital. Too sick to speak. Too sick to really do anything. I cried when I heard. Cried for leaving her. Why did I leave? Because of my own weaknesses. Because I did not want to be around the drugs.
Because, in truth, I was afraid I would want to do them again. And I made up my mind and said "Never again, never again." Even them being brought out would be too tempting.
Never again.
Never again will I leave a friend like that. Her system was full of crystal meth and cocaine. A quick relay from a friend when I prodded... Because none of them really want to speak to me.
The cops said if we had broken in any later she would have died.
Today is Mother's Day. Her mom must be worried sick.
