Debt Again

I just looked at my balance online at Wells Fargo. The last places I bought food from were Safeway, the Mexican food restaurant, and the Liquor store...
I am -$80 in the hole. Because I can't stop bingeing and purging. Because I won't stop bingeing and purging. Somehow those cookies, ice cream cakes, tv dinners, bread... None of it seems important.
I am devastated. I am livid with myself. How do I always manage to do such idiotic things?
No more. I have just got to stop. I really, really do.
