Gwen... you CAN get better! Just the fact that you're looking for treatment shows something. You're scared shitless, yes, but you're willing. I know how you're feeling about going into treatment. And you're not disgusting- you're sick. You've hit bottom. I'm going to email you my home address and my phone numbers so we can keep in touch should you go to treatment. gwen, i am proud of you for calling your insurance company, its not a fun or easy thing to do. believe me, i know. please keep trying to get in somewhere, i know you are discouraged, but things can get better. there are so many stories of people who think they are chronic, or people who tell them they are, and they get better against all odds. you can do that, i know you can if you try. and, please, remember, you are such a great person, who a lot of people care about. we believe in you, no matter what. that will never change!!! Goddess Gwennie - so glad you are making some phone calls... what places will they cover? Maybe I know about them and can give you the "scoop"! Monte Nido (in Malibu) and Rader (in Oxnard) are both really good... I've worked at both places!! :-) Just imagine turning this around, how amazing you would feel! With all my love and hope, Lisa
