Gwen, I am so happy that you have goals for yourself. However (I have to be honest) I think that by eating so little you are majorly setting yourself to binge. How could anyone NOT want to binge with so little food? I find if I can allow myself to eat enough, I binge a LOT less. It's a head thing first and foremost. Keep your eye on the prize, hun. Feeling good, getting your license, enjoying life for a change :) Love, L

FANTASTIC set of goals but I'm with Laura on this one; having so few calories is likely to make your body rebel against your plans and force you to binge after a while. Calories are not our enemies, they are our fuel, you just have to ensure that you pick the one's which are going to make you feel well and stronger so that your body works with you rather than against you :)

you rock, gwen. good for you for having a plan, and for setting goals that you feel you can acheive. i feel you can too! i agree that your kcal intake isn't much, but the important thing is just that you take the first steps. baby steps, one foot at a time, as they say. do what you can, with what you have. keep it up - you are an inspiration.
