Hi Sweetie, Do you think, like me, you are stuck in the habit of undereating and then bingeing at least partly bc you're so dang hungry by the end of the day? It's a thought- an issue I am trying to work on. Hang in there, and great job taking some much needed insulin. Can you busy yourself outside the home when your relatives come, and put on some invisible armor to deflect their inconsiderate, clueless, or downright nasty comments? Love, L

Hey Gwen, I'm glad that you took your insulin. I won't pretend to know what the normal rage of sugar levels is. I have only had experience with my being way to low. I am sorry that your relatives bring on such a rough time. I know you can make it threw it. IF you need someone to talk to feel free to call my on my cell any time, day or night. If you need the number email me. You can make it threw this, you are a strong person. Just try to take it minute by minute and you can come out on top! I believe in you, even though i am scared to death for you, I believe you can make it. Take care! Love ya!

I agree, if the relatives get mean, go outside. GO on a walk or sit in your backyard. Family can be so cruel. Im so glad you took your insulin. :)

Hi again, Gwen, I am wondering if maybe you are setting yourself up for disappointment by saying "NO binging or purging". Could you try to set some smaller goals for yourself, aiming to cut back, postpone, take more insulin? Right now it seems like having some decent bs's and some more nutrients in your system are more achievable goals. What do you think, chiquita? XO, L
