Dear Gwen, I saw the link to your blog on anorexicweb.com (which I must say is a great site--Lisa Ardnt is amazing!) Anyway, I have been reading it (I hope you don't mind) and I can't believe how much you have been through! You are so strong, and you inspire me! Never, ever give up! -Liz

I am so happy to hear that you are feeling better and that you are getting to go out and have fun again. It brightens my day just to know that you are doing so much better. I also have to thank you for your sweet notes. I am really struggling right now, but overall this is still so much better than before. I really was running too much before I think -- I did it because that was what Loyola's coach said to run, but often times I think those coaches also want to tell you something half crazy to discourage you -- even the asshole guy at Purdue didn't say to run that much. Anyway, after talking to my friend I am re-doing my workout plan to her specifications since she coached me for two years and has a masters in kineseology and is a peronal trainer. I don't think I will be having any problems with the new workouts since they are shorter and with fewer days of intense training. At any rate, I know that I will find out real fast if it's too hard while going through re-feeding if I have to do that again, so I should be ok. Anywayz, thank-you once again :) Take care, luvs, ~Kris~
